The Event Sign-In sheet is a template that can be used to sign-in guests/attendees for an event you’re hosting.  It is a generic unbranded form that is helpful when you have limited time and need a simple sign-in sheet to get the job done.  It includes a space for the name of your event, the venue, and the date.  Also, it allows you to collect the name, company, email, and phone # of your attendees.  All that is needed for use is to buy it, print it, and use it.
